Sound Healing Journey
Sound Healing Journey – honoring the World Sound Healing Day
A sound bath is a meditative concert that we can not only listen to, but also feel deep within our muscles, due to the vibration of gongs and other ancient instruments, which develops our relationship with sound using subtle and new sounds.
The sound frequencies slow the brain waves to a deep restorative state, which activates the body’s self-healing system.
During the sound bath, you lie on a yoga mat and listen to the sound therapist play various instruments, while you “bath” in soothing sounds and vibrations.
During the sound bath, we immerse our body in the constant and harmonious sound of Tibetan sound bowls, didgeridoo, bansuri flute, koshi, tingsha, various rustlers, drums, voice and guided meditation.
