Herztonmeditation

Am 14. Februar 2024 um 19:30 Uhr findet eine Herztonmeditation im Rahmen des „World Sound Healing Days“ in der Mutterhauskirche der Dominikanerinnen in Koblenz – Arenberg statt. Der WSHD wurde vom amerikanischen Klangpionier Jonathan Goldman ins Leben gerufen. Gemeinsam mit zig-tausenden anderen Menschen rund um den Globus tönen wir an diesem Tag den Herzton „AH“ in einer geführten Meditation in der Frequenz der Erde. Nach einem kurzen Impuls von Schwester Scholastica wird Martha Margarete Herrig diese Meditation anleiten. Ziel der Meditation ist es, das eigene Bewusstsein für Mitmenschen und Umwelt zu erweitern. In diesem meditativen Zustand fokussieren wir uns darauf, mithilfe dieses Klangs Frieden, Mitgefühl und Liebe in die Welt zu schicken und dadurch einen Beitrag zur Heilung unseres Planeten zu leisten.

On February 14, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. a heart sound meditation will take place as part of the “World Sound Healing Day” in the Motherhouse Church of the Dominican Sisters in Koblenz – Arenberg. The WSHD was founded by American sound pioneer Jonathan Goldman. On this day, together with tens of thousands of other people around the globe, we will sound the heart sound “AH” in a guided meditation in the frequency of the earth. After a short impulse from Sister Scholastica, Martha Margarete Herrig will lead this meditation. The aim of meditation is to expand your awareness of other people and the environment. In this meditative state, we focus on using this sound to send peace, compassion and love into the world and thereby contribute to the healing of our planet. Martha Margarete Herrig is holding the WSHD in the Koblenz area for the 7th time. Registration is not required. Participation is free.
