To celebrate Sound Healing Day we will bring ourselves into coherence by toning vowel sounds connected with different energy centers. Then we will project that coherence into the energy field by toning “Ah” from our hearts with the energy of Love and Compassion. Time permitting we may also do a sound healing. Heal ourselves and heal the planet.
