Journeying into transformational energy opening breathwork with Andrew Dunne

-and gently guided vocal soundings with Juliet Russell -to express our inner Voice in a freestyle organic way that weaves into a beautifully powerful collective sound .
No experience of singing or sounding is necessary.
This is purely a safe and meditative way to start exploring our expression through the voice with others who wish to explore in the same way. We will Sound for the World .

The evening finishes with a chilled performance of Juliet’s music- with the opportunity to join in –
or just relax on chairs, beanbags or mats on the heated floor in this warm and beautifully lit space .
