20th Annual World Sound Healing Day – Gulfport, FL

On Valentine’s Day, thousands of people all over the planet will create healing sounds encoded with the intention of love and compassion, sending a sonic valentine to our beloved Mother Earth, with the intention of raising the consciousness of all sentient beings. We will gather in the grassy area behind the Gulfport Rec Center for our contribution in this beautiful uplifting.

Join me in connecting to Source Energy and opening the heart chakra with Kundalini Yoga. Then we will give a sonic offering dedicated to Global Harmonization, creating peace and harmony on our planet through intentionalized sound.

I will lead the initial offering, and everyone is encouraged to bring instruments (horn, violin, drum, etc.) or any sort of performance or sonic presentation they would like to contribute to the offering. All sounds made with the energy of love and compassion are wonderful to resonate for World Sound Healing Day! Also bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything you need to sit comfortably on the ground.

Kundalini yoga will start at 11:00 and will be approximately 45-50 minutes. All levels (even beginners) will be able to participate. The Global Harmonization offering will begin promptly at noon, with the initial offering lasting about 15 minutes. Those who wish to bring additional sound/performance offerings will continue, and everyone is welcome to stay as long as they like.
