The Gong is the materialization, through matter, of something divine in nature. We listen to it, feel its vibration, and above all, welcome the emotions it conveys to us. Real work begins when these emotions are integrated and translated into the way we are and interact with the World.
If we allow it, the sound of the Gong offers us freedom of thought and action, helping us to get closer to the true “self” and dissolve the weight of the “ego”.
