Heart Resonance – La risonanza del cuore

Heart Resonance is a Valentine’s Day sound bath devoted to love in all its forms — love shared with another, love cultivated within, and love offered to our beloved Mother Earth.

Through sound and vibration, this gathering creates a warm, nurturing space for couples and individuals to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the heart. At the same time, our collective intention is to extend this resonance outward, offering healing, gratitude, and harmony to the Earth that holds and sustains all life.

The sound journey is guided by voice, gong, monochord, and crystal singing bowls, weaving layers of vibration that gently open the heart and invite deep relaxation. A chakra drum, a special ocean drum infused with rose quartz and amethyst beads, carries the element of water into the space, echoing the rhythms of the Earth and supporting emotional balance and healing.
