Yoga Nidra Sound Journey in Yaletown
This Yoga Nidra Sound Journey will be led by KASIA and take place in the Mystic Arts Studio in Yaletown (PH 30th floor studio). The session will last approx. 60 minutes and be followed by an optional sharing circle. Tea and snacks will be served as always:)
