Join Rebecca Abraxas For a World Singing Day Sound Bath and group chanting of the Heart Sutra at 12:45 pm –1:30 pm MST
This will be a Free live stream on YouTube and Facebook. It will include a guided sound bath meditation with bowls and Healing Tones to create common resonance and presence.
Then together we will chant the Heart Sutra for the remainder of the time to create a strong field of peace and love for each other and the planet.
