I will have a Valentine for everyone to sign in attendance for the workers and animals at Seminole County Animal Services as well.

 🕯 Our group session will be held inside the beautiful space @ Heal. on cozy, comfy tables. No need to get on the floor during this event. Bolsters and blankets will be provided. If you have a favorite pillow or blanket feel free to bring them!

🍺 Please bring your favorite mug/cup, without a straw, for the loving water ceremony if desired. Learn how to set an intention in your drinking water and spread love into your being. (Bottled water will be provided to pour into your cups).
