Resonance of the Heart

Inspired by World Sound Healing Day, now in its 22nd year, Wendy, of Wild Heart Drum and Wellbeing with Bea and David from Bards of Avalon have come together to co-create a heart-filled sacred sound space.

The evening will begin with a drum circle facilitated by Wendy. The drum is all about the heart beat, and we are starting with the drums to connect with our hearts, the heart of Mother Earth and the hearts of each other.    We then eat food made from the heart to nourish our hearts. Donna Wood of Heartfelt Holistic Therapies will provide delicious home-made vegan and vegetarian chai, curry and cake. Wendy will also bring home-made chocolates made with the finest cacao.    

Then we enjoy a sound journey co-created by Wendy, Bea and David, to further connect with our hearts.

We end with a sounding of the heart, a group AH, to send the love resonating out into the world. 

Bring whatever you need to be comfortable – something to sit or lie on, a pillow if desired and a snuggly blanket – plus some drinking water. If you have a drum and/or rattle, please bring them. We do have some spare drums and rattles for people to use who don’t have them. 

Please arrive from 6.45pm so that we can start around 7pm.

Time: 7.00pm – 10.00pm 

Cost: £20 concessions, £25 which includes food.
