We’ll begin with an optional heart opening Cacao Ceremony with the focus of giving gratitude for the abundance that the Nature Kingdom brings us. We’ll then move into toning the sacred sounds of the Chakras, then focus on the Global AH sound with intention and close with a gentle Tibetan Bowl meditation
