World Sound Healing Journey Into the Light
Join me in this World Sound Healing Journey into the Light, a session of mind-body-
heart-and spirit healing through the Sound and Vibrations of Memphis Gong Chamber’s
incredible collection of Paiste gongs and Meinl crystal bowls. Grab your favorite
blanket, find a quiet place, close your eyes, soften your shoulders as you breathe in and
out slowly and completely. Just allow the Sound to relax your body, quiet your mind,
and carry you “Into the Light” that resides in your spirit. As you rise from the stillness
and continue your journey, may you carry the Light and the Sound, sharing it with
everyone along your path. May we all travel a “Journey into the Light “ and be a part of
