You’ll be guided by the expertise of Kimberly Harrison Rieli of Singing For Your Soul ~ a classically trained singer, sound healer, and holistic voice practitioner. Immerse yourself in a unique Valentine’s healing experience where you’ll deepen your love for yourself, your loved ones, your community, and your own voice. This experience promises profound inner exploration, reconnection, and renewal.

No prior experience or ‘good voice’ is required; everyone with an open heart and mind is welcome!

What To Expect

Winter invites us to rest, surrender, and journey within. In its own way, so does Valentine’s Day. We can embrace this holiday as a time to nurture ourselves and deepen our self-love, which will ripple out to deepen our relationships too. Kimberly will guide you through transformational breath, movement, voice, and journaling practices to help you go within. Don’t worry – no one will be put on the spot and the explorations will be gentle and feel wonderful. They will help reset your nervous system and nourish your health and peace of mind. You’ll be able to take these practices with you out into your life to continue supporting your wellbeing.

Next you’ll enjoy a one-of-a-kind sound healing. Cozy up in your little burrow of pillows and blankets, and drift away as Kimberly bathes you in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Celtic harp, and her ethereal voice. Sound healings are a deep reset for body, mind, and soul.

Bring your yoga mat, comfy clothes, blankets, pillows, journal, pen, and water bottle. You’ll be lying on the floor for about an hour, so make sure you’ll be cushioned and comfortable. If the floor is not an option for you we also have plenty of soft, comfy chairs available. A limited number of bolsters, blankets, yoga mats and eye pillows are also available, but we recommend you bring your own to ensure your deepest comfort.
