World Sound Healing Day- Unification Sound Meditation

Join me in the beautiful Nurragingy reserve as we honour Mother Gaia, each other and ourselves through meditation, powerful rituals, group exercises and sacred sound.

Take some time out for you in a natural, healing and nurturing environment, awaken your senses, receive nature’s healing vitality and unify your inner and outer worlds.

This event will be a Soulful sound bath with a bit of a twist.

Each participant will also receive an individual sage and gong energy clearing.

This year marks the 22nd annual world sound healing day and will be my 4th year celebrating this wonderful event. On this day, many thousands of people throughout our planet will create healing sounds encoded with the energy of love & compassion, sending a sonic valentine to the Gaia Matrix, our beloved Mother Earth, with the intention of raising the consciousness of all living beings, healing yourself and healing our planet.

Instruments:
Sound healing instruments used will be a combination of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, medicine drum, monolina, tuning pipes, planetary gong, tongue drum and percussion instruments.

Location: Nurragingy Reserve, Knox Rd, Doonside.

The exact location within the reserve will be emailed out closer to the date.

If the location needs to be changed due to wet weather, this will be communicated the day/night before.

What to Bring: You can choose to lye or sit for the event.

Please bring with you a

-yoga mat or chair
-cushion /pillow if lying
-Picnic blanket (optional)
-Percussion instruments including hand-held drum (only if you already have)
-water bottle
