Come celebrate the 24th annual World Sound Healing Day. Globally, we join together on this day to blanket the planet with healing sounds that are energetically encoded with the frequency and intention of love and compassion for all sentient beings.
We will begin and end with gentle stretching and breath awareness, and the sound bath portion will last 40-45 minutes – feel free to lie down and receive the sounds or join me in call and response chanting and toning. Together, we will send a sonic Valentine to our shared home, Mother Earth, and to each other. 💌
