Come join us in Whanganui for a warm and welcoming celebration of 24th Annual Global Sound Healing Day a meaningful moment in time when people around the world use sound to send love and harmony to the Earth and to one another. Together we’ll create an open and gentle space to connect, resonate, and share beautiful sound.
- 11.30am Arrival and introductions
- 12pm Intoning ‘AH’ together
- 12.15pm Organic Sounding (voice and/or instruments)
- 1pm Close
We’ll begin with a brief introduction to the purpose of Global Sound Healing Day and the power of intentional sound. There will be a chance to place names you want to send this sonic valentine to.
Then, we’ll unify our voices as we intoning “AH” together, a heart-centred sound used globally at this time as a sonic offering of compassion and peace.
Throughout the gathering, you’re invited to sound organically whether through your voice, instruments, or both allowing intuitive expression to arise in the moment.
After the collective sounding, enjoy a moment of connection, meet others in the community, and share in relaxed conversation. This is a beautiful opportunity to pause, breathe, and co-create a field of warmth, presence, and intention.All are welcome whether you’re new to sound practices or experienced with toning, voice, and sound healing bringing love, openness, and curiosity.
