Come join us for a Friday night Sound Bath!
Bring in the World sound Healing Day with the relaxing sounds of musical instruments and some chanting.
The instruments used include various hand drums, rain stick, koshi chimes, the tongue drum, singing bowls, gongs, Native American flute, and guitar. The guitar is tuned to a special healing tuning [432 HZ]. This tuning is known to “calm you down” and there is some scientific backing of the many benefits.
