White Feather: Intergenerational Stories Past, Present & Future

Join Sundance Robson, for a captivating narrative and sound immersion experience titled White Feather: Intergenerational Stories Past, Present & Future. Sundance is a band member of Peguis First Nation and is a co-founder of Sacred Compass Journey in Regina, SK and is a sacred sound facilitator.

In part 1, Sundance will share highlights of his life journey and some important roles that libraries can play in supporting truth and reconcilation and include sound, voice, and acoustic guitar. Part 2 will comprise of a brief interview-conversation with Dr. Stacey Bliss, researcher with HRI at the Univeristy of Regina, and a final sacred sound journey led by Sundance. This experience will take place in the Shumiatcher Open Stage (formerly the Shu-box Theatre) in the Riddell Centre at the University of Regina.
