Join us from the comfort of your home for an immersive sound bath designed to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and restore energetic balance. During this guided session, you’ll be surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of various instruments that help release tension and invite harmony into your mind and body.
How to Prepare for the Best Experience:
- Set up a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed
- Lie down on a yoga mat, bed, or sofa, or sit comfortably in a chair
- Use a blanket, pillow, or eye covering for deeper relaxation
- Wear headphones or connect to a good-quality speaker for immersive sound
- Dim the lights or light a candle to create a peaceful atmosphere
- Join from a computer as mobile devices may reduce sound quality.
- No prior experience is necessary! Come as you are, ready to relax and allow the vibrations of sound to carry you into a state of calm and renewal.
