Resonate with Love – Sound Bath – A Soulful Way

This Valentine’s Day, we invite you to experience love in its highest frequency. Beyond the traditional celebrations, we are gathering at Coal Point Progress Hall in the beautiful Lake Macquarie, to participate in World Sound Healing Day, joining thousands of people across the globe to send a resonance of peace and harmony to our planet.

The Experience
Whether you are joining us solo, with a partner, or with a dear friend, this event is designed to nourish your heart space. You will be immersed in the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls and restorative soundscapes, allowing your nervous system to drop into a state of deep repair and peace.

Post-Sound Bath Connection
As you gently awaken back to the space, we invite you to stay and linger. We will have tea and light refreshments on offer, the perfect time for soulful connection and shared conversation with your community before heading home.

Event Details:
Date: Saturday, February 14th

Time: 7:00pm – 8:30pm (Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in)

Location: Coal Point Progress Hall (197 Skye Point Road, Coal Point NSW 2283)

Provided: Yoga mats, bolsters, and light cotton throws are provided for your comfort, plus clean, soft cloth eye coverings to block out light.

What to bring: You’re welcome to bring your own eye mask if preferred as well as a pillow for your head for extra comfort. Plus anything that will provide extra comfort for yourself. Please wear comfortable clothing, a journal to write any insights, plus bring water to hydrate afterwards.
