I’m so excited to be offering Level 1: Foundations of Integral Sound Healing — a transformative 3-day, in-person training taking place February 14–16, 2026 at Healing Connections Wellness Centre in Edmonton. As an added bonus, this workshop overlaps World Sound Healing Day!!
Whether you’re brand new to sound healing or looking to deepen your existing practice, this immersive workshop will guide you in working with a wide range of instruments — including tuning forks, crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and more — to support healing, balance, and personal transformation.
