Humming in the Sun

We’ll be humming from 12:00 pm EST to 12:06.
First, we’ll set an intention to relax our bodies, and heal those around us with a golden aura of light.
We’ll hum 4 times, with a deep breath in between.
Then we’ll wait for one minute, and hum again 4 times.
We’ll repeat this process until 12:06.
