Heart Chakra Cacao Circle & Sound Bath

We hope you join us for a truly heartfelt gathering centered around the vibration of LOVE, for yourself and others. We will engage our heart chakra through layers of energetic intention including: a heart-centered, guided meditation accompanied with your chosen heart-shaped rose quartz crystal (yours to keep!), heart-opening cacao, sound bath with VST experience, private journaling/reflection. 

The practice of sharing cacao with others offers an experience of heart connection, happiness, peace and sacred space. The beneficial effects of our source of quality cacao beautifully complement the known healing effects of vibrational sound therapy upon the body, mind, and spirit through this unique group synergy.
