Heart Centred Sound Healing – In The Forest

Join us for a heart centre focused sound journey on this wonderful World Sound Healing Day Saturday 14th February 2026.

Weaving in natures natural harmonics, paired with a flowing session combining Tibetan and Crystal bowls, angelic chimes, soothing rain sticks, hand birthed shamanic drums, earthly bamboo chimes and more… Brought to you by a loving partnership by Melissa & George, owners of The Sound Garden. 

Meet within the Retreat Forest Cabin, where you will be guided to an immersive sound  space within the healing forest, step in and intuitively guide yourself onto the crown focused matts where you will have a personal bird oracle guide to welcome you in. You will be guided into a 15 minute welcome immersion to ground into the earth and embody heart focus. Followed by a 30 minute sound session, paired with a seed pack offering for you to give place beside you to invite the healing wings of the birds to flow beside you. Following you will be guided back into connection with your surroundings to bring the session to a close. 

You will then be encouraged to share your experience with your hosts holding space for connection. Where you can make your way back to the Retreat Cabin to receive a warming drink of your choice.

Session begins at 2pm, please make your way to the Retreat Reception for 1.30pm to sign in, pay for your session and sign your attendance disclaimer to allow for a smooth transition of open embrace.
