The 14th February is the 22nd Annual World Sound Healing Day and many thousands of people across our planet will be creating healing sounds and frequencies with the intention of love & compassion to send a sonic valentine to our beloved Mother Earth, and to raise the consciousness of all sentient beings.

I will be offering a free 20-minute online sound meditation on my Facebook wall, which will be one of the many sonic events that are occurring globally on the World Sound Healing Day. 

By tuning into the frequencies of gongs, singing bowls, drum and monochord and humming, you’ll be contributing to the resonant field to heal the planet and yourself, and co-creating vibrational frequencies of global harmonisation and planetary peace.
