This will be a sound healing session of approximately 30 minutes to raise our vibration and frequency through the energy spiral.
I will begin with the lowest tones and ascend, and through the combination of these, I will reach the highest.
The idea is to work on our nervous system, the main energy centers, and our mind through sound healing in a state of total relaxation.
