• Sound Healing Meditation with group toning to cleanse and balance the chakras and energy field
• Sound Journey using voice and instruments
• Closing Metta Meditation, tuning into the collective energy of sound gatherings around the world, uniting in compassion and love through a global sounding of “AH” for the healing of Mother Earth and all sentient beings, supporting global heart activation.
No prior experience is needed. Everyone with an open heart and mind is welcome.
