WORLD SOUND HEALING DAY” – group sonic journey with the sounds of Himalayan singing bowls.

Friends, what awaits us – we will gather in a pleasant and cozy place on a day when people all around the world, through attunement, relaxation and joint sound, launch harmonic waves filled with tranquility, joy, and love into space, sharing these feelings with their loved ones and relatives, with our common home – our beautiful planet
To the sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, we will embark on a “journey” into our inner depths, through relaxation, returning our attention and feeling ourselves.
How it works: the instruments create a soft vibrational field that works with the body and the inner state, the breathing slows down, the mind calms down, the nervous system relaxes, allowing the body to release tension and restore energy. And all together, it helps to restore inner balance and harmony.
What you will need to do: just lie down on the mat, close your eyes and trust your feelings.
What you need to take with you: a pillow or cushion under your head, / a blanket – optional (the hall has all the necessary equipment), a sleep mask – optional, a bottle of drinking water, comfortable clothes.
